Kim Davies

I work on Internet governance and core infrastructure. Today I lead the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA), a central function of ICANN that coordinates the unique identifiers used by every device on the Internet. Some of these notable functions include managing the Internet's root zone, IP address allocation, port numbers and media types, amongst thousands of others. We also support other interoperability functions, like cataloguing and disseminating internationalization and time zone policies.
